Resolved Problems
We spent hours late at night trying to get out network printer to be recognized by the server of our network. Nobody could print. The problem as we saw it was the server computer was running very slow with inefficient use of the computer processor. Basically we didn't know why it was going wrong. The network computer seemed to be slowed down by a plague of pop ups. First thing the next morning I gave a call to Jay at Network Bridge Solutions and he was at our door within the hour. It didn't take him long to find out that the server computer was riddled with "spyware". It was this spyware that was working in the background using the computer resources and the Internet connection bandwidth. He removed the unwanted software quickly and the computer processor usage dropped to 5% from 100%. From there he quickly restored the printer and gave us a lot of advice as to how avoid the problems in future. Jay stayed with us until he resolved all of our problems; he was very patient in explaining what we need to do to keep our network running smoothly. Our network runs wonderfully now and the pop ups have now disappeared. It is a relief to know that he is only a phone call away.
